Rukia and Renji Redesign

My idea for a redesign for Renji and Rukia's Zanpakuto's powers.

I already posted an Idea for Rukia, giving her water based powers taking over from her friend Kaien Shiba, rather than giving her another freezing-based ability.

As for Renji, I never really liked Kubo's idea for Renji's knew Bankai. I thought it would be cool if his monkey snakes could increase in number, like a Hydra, every time one is destroyed or damages two or three more could ground back in its place. Things could get really wild when the numbers got up there.
